Watch out for
- Do not exceed 7 minutes total — the breading will rupture and molten cheese will leak into the basket.
- Cook directly from frozen. Thawed sticks will explode every time.
- Lower temperature (380 °F) is critical — at 400 °F the breading scorches before the centre heats through.
