Oil & seasoning
No spray — brush with melted garlic butter instead, before and after cooking.
Season with: melted butter, garlic, lemon, Old Bay seasoning.
Watch out for
- Crab legs are sold pre-cooked — you're reheating, so don't overdo it or the meat turns rubbery.
- Thaw frozen legs in the fridge first for even heating.
